At present, installation work in Argentina is progressing with difficulty. China dispatched technical service forces to guide the local consortium UT Company in organizing construction. Due to differences in language culture, thinking habits, working methods, labor protection, tools and materials, union control, labor discipline, policies and regulations, etc., construction efficiency was not high.
At present, the project has started at 11 points. After more than 4 months of running-in, some methods and techniques have been gradually found. Currently, the installation efficiency of the kiln end preheater tower has gradually accelerated; the cement mill working surfaces of rotary kilns and raw meal mills have gradually expanded; The installation of the limestone pre-homogenization yard is proceeding in an orderly manner; the installation of the second batch of peripheral installations is advancing during running-in; the transformation of the electrical master drop is advancing normally; two non-standard and non-standard equipment groups have been started, and will continue to be opened in the future; site preparations for large bag dust collection at the kiln end have begun.
It is planned to optimize the organizational structure system and strengthen plan management to strive for a major improvement in the overall construction conditions in May and improve construction efficiency.
In May, it is planned to have about 500 UT workers, and more than 400 effective construction workers.
The main focus of work in May is: the installation of the second layer of the kiln tail preheater tower has been completed, and the lifting of the third layer will be started with the goal of 5.31; the scraping of tiles of the rotary kiln has been basically completed and the base alignment will be started; the reducer will be installed on two vertical mills; and the total reduction transformation is basically over.
