The main body of the grate cooler was demolished and handed over to civil construction within 6 days. On the 12th day of the kiln shutdown, the civil engineering began to gradually hand over the foundation for installation. By the end of May, the installation of the main body of the grate cooler had been completed and handed over for masonry. The grate cooler fan group will be fully constructed at the end of the month, and the pulverized coal preparation exhaust fan and the kiln head exhaust fan will be constructed in an interspersed manner; the oblique zipper renovation project will continue to operate 24 hours a day.
The grate bed and clinker crusher of Section I and Section II of the grate cooler of the Meizhou project successfully achieved stand-alone commissioning on June 15, successfully ignited on June 19, and officially put into production at 8:40 a.m. on June 25.
