The optimization and upgrading project of cement grinding of Changshan Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 2 million tons mainly includes mixture transportation, clinker transportation, cement blending, cement grinding, cement warehousing and transportation, cement storage, cement warehouse bottom unloading and transportation, cement bulk, air compressor stations and other sub-items. Our company is responsible for all installation work of steel structures, equipment, electrical, insulation, pipelines, etc.
Civil engineering was delivered in February, and two cement mills were successfully put in place that same month. After more than three months of continuous efforts, the 3#cement mill was successfully fed in one time at 15:58 on May 31 and achieved continuous production!
It is very rare for the roller press + tube mill double closed-loop system to successfully feed in one time and produce continuously. It is inseparable from the persistence, dedication and hard work of all the staff involved in the project construction, rain or shine! It continued to rain in Changshan in March and April.
