The project is located in Wanli Town, Dongsheng District, north of Ordos City, 13km from Dongsheng Railway Station. Our company is mainly responsible for the steel structure production and equipment installation of the whole project.

Our company won the bid for the Ordos project at the end of May, responded quickly after winning the bid, and started construction on June 12, 2022. The production capacity of the steel structure in the whole site is more than 2700 tons, the installation capacity is more than 2900 tons, and the equipment installation capacity is about 1035 tons. Since the first car of steel came into the market on June 16, the steel structure has completed more than 2000 tons and installed 620tons. Due to the project owners and civil works, the civil foundation has so far only completed the construction of 0-span bracket, a total of 10 foundations, the raw coal storage and unloading silos in the park are under construction; the existing steel structures have all been installed.

It has been nearly four and a half months since the start of the project, and there are more than 80 construction, logistics and management personnel. The project has been implemented with refinement, standardized management, safety, quality, schedule and logistics support. The construction site enclosure is completely closed, "five cards and one picture", safety slogans, on-site management regulations on the wall, and company performance display maps are readily available. First-class distribution cabinets are closed and locked with special railings and equipped with fire-fighting facilities. Staff dormitories, tool rooms, canteens, warehouses and other heavy sites are equipped with fire extinguishers.

July and August is a windy and rainy season in Ordos. It rains almost 1/3 of the time and windy 1/2 of the time. Because of the windy weather where the project is located, the use of CO2 gas shielded welding is restricted, which seriously affects the progress of welding construction, so we brainstorm to work overtime in windy weather to fight for welding, windy weather to take windproof shielding measures to reduce the production of welding pores or manual welding to ensure quality.

After entering October, there was another wave of epidemic disaster. on October 7, in order to stop the spread of the epidemic, the government of the location of the project announced the implementation of silent control for three days before the end of the control. Then the Baotou epidemic broke out and the control became more stringent. The steel, paint and other materials used on site were stranded in Baotou for as long as half a month, and the construction materials seriously failed to keep up with the construction progress. Although the epidemic situation in Baotou has been alleviated recently, the medium-and high-risk areas in the urban area remain high, and the movement of personnel is still greatly restricted. the leaders of the project department are anxious in their eyes and keep in touch with Party A to communicate with Party A. Almost all the materials used in the project have to be shipped out of Baotou, and the line of Baotou must be opened to ensure the continuous supply of follow-up materials. Party An is also constantly trying to think of various ways to solve this problem. Through the unremitting efforts of Party A, basically solve the problem of difficult supply, the steel stranded in Baotou has recently entered the market one after another to solve the urgent needs of the project. All the construction staff are also very good, braving the heat in June, July and August and not flinching in October despite the cold, all contributing to the early completion of the project.

Since the start of the project on June 12, 2022, the assembly of 200t crawler crane was completed and put into use on the same day; the first truck of steel arrived on June 19; two 10t gantry crane groups were completed on June 20 and put into use on June 24; the first crane was installed on July 17; the production of steel structure was completed on September 5; and the installation of steel structure on the existing concrete foundation was completed on October 5. The production of the steel structure was completed more than 2000 tons on October 22nd; the project has experienced the baptism of epidemic situation, wind and rain, but the overall progress has made remarkable achievements-the installation of the steel structure on the basis of the existing civil construction has been completed, and the completed production volume of the steel structure has exceeded 2000 tons; although the process is tortuous and complicated, it does not hinder the high morale of Jingxing builders.

The Erdos project site is expected to usher in a cold winter in mid-November. before the cold winter comes, the progress goal of the project is: all the steel structures that can be installed have been installed (currently completed), and all the steel structures that can be made have been completed.
